The homepage
- The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with Katy & June. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category you‘re interested in. The homepage may also contain links to our special offers and price cuts, as well as other feature zones and customer services/information pages. At any point during your visit, you can return to the homepage by clicking the ‘home’ link at the top of the page, or on the Katy & June logo in the top left corner of your screen.
How do I search for products?
- There are several ways of finding products on katynjune.co.uk. You can browse our online catalogue or search for specific products, manufacturers and product codes.
Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories from the navigation bar at the top of your screen. Each time you rollover a category from these main menus, you'll then be shown a list of relevant sub-categories and criteria that you can select for further browsing.
For example, the homepage and top navigation bar will display a list of all main product categories, such as Books, Bags, Stationery, etc. When selecting Books, for example, you will be directed to the Books main page where a list of relevant sub-categories such as Albums, Notebooks, Bookmarks, etc. will be displayed. You can then select any of these sub-categories and browse until you find the product(s) you're looking for. You can also view products by different criteria, such as by manufacturer, by price, etc.
Search
You can also search for products by name, brand or catalogue number. Just enter the type of product (e.g. notebook, tape, bag) or the brand name (e.g. O-Check, Seeso Graphics, Pansydaisy) into the search box at the top of the screen and we'll return all of the products which match your chosen word. Entering a valid product code into this search field will take you straight to that product.
How do I order online?
- Once you've found the products you were looking for, you can buy them online. To do so, just click the 'Add to Cart' button for each product. You'll then be directed to your 'shopping cart'. Remember, you can remove products from your shopping cart or stop the ordering process at any time. You can press the 'Continue Shopping' button to go back and select other products.

All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Where savings are shown, higher prices were charged online.
Click on the product name to view details of footnotes marked by a †, the details will be shown in the additional information panel. For further details on pricing footnotes, please Contact us.
Once you have added all of your items to your shopping cart, click the 'Checkout' button to proceed to checkout.
If you have not used the site before, we'll ask you whether you would like to create an account or checkout as a guest. We recommend that you create an account to speed your checkout process in the future and to allow you and us to keep better track of your orders. If you have previously created an account you can login with your username and password.
You will be asked to enter your home address for your billing information and the delivery address. Having completed the delivery details you will be able to review your order before final placement.
To place the order, click the 'Place Order' button. You will be transferred to PayPal to complete your payment details. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account, you can pay using most major credit and debit cards by selecting continue under:

After completing your payment details, select 'continue' to place your order. You'll receive an on-screen acknowledgement with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. We'll also send you an email confirming we've received your order.
Please note that you can place an order from overseas, provided delivery is to a mainland UK or Northern Ireland address. If you‘re ordering from overseas, please enter the UK delivery postcode instead of your own postal/zip code in 'your address'. Please note that if you wish to ship your order to an overseas address then you will need to contact us to arrange shipping costs. How do I register?
- Registering with us will make your online visits to Katy & June much quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, click the log in button at the top of your screen. You will need to provide us with a user name (we suggest you use your email address) and a password (min 6 characters). We'll then ask you to complete some personal details and you may want to enter some preferred delivery addresses before completing your registration.
How do I log in to my account on KatynJune.co.uk?
- Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to Katy & June at any time. Just click the log in link at the top of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you've forgotten your password, just click the 'Forgot you password?' button and we will send you a new temporary password.
Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as all of your addresses and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously. You can also review any pending or previously placed orders.

You can usually check the version of the browser you are using by clicking ‘Help’ and then ‘About…’. 1.From the Tools menu, choose Options
2.Select the Content tab, then select the Enable JavaScript tick box
3.Click OK, then select the Refresh button in the browser bar at the top of your screen.
To turn JavaScript on for Safari:
1.From the EDIT menu, choose preferences
2.Select the security tab
3.Check the 'Enable Javascript' option
4.Click the X in the top left corner to close the window.
Cookies enabled
Cookies are an integral part of the way our shopping trolley works. You can only shop or register at katynjune.co.uk if your browser is set to accept cookies. The cookie is only used to store your order details until you complete your order. Allowing us to create a cookie does not give us access to the rest of your computer and only we can read the information stored in our cookie. To set Internet Explorer to accept cookies:
1.From the Tools menu, choose Internet options
2.Select the Privacy tab and click on the Advanced button
3.Tick the 'Override automatic cookie handling' box
4.Select either the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' radio button and click ok
